Description

On April 18, 2011, Attorneys Kevin D. Case and Randi L. Helms obtained a dismissal in favor of a firm client, a high performance aftermarket fuel system manufacturer, without any settlement funds being paid. In the case, Plaintiff claimed the firm client falsely marked and falsely advertised its high performance fuel pumps sold in the stream of commerce as "patent pending" or "patented." While the case was pending in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, the Firm successfully transferred the case to the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas.
