Casper & Casper has a tradition of legal excellence that began over 60 years ago. In 1936, Jack A. Casper -- the son of European immigrants and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law -- started a solo practice in an office in the First National Bank Building in Downtown Middletown. He was soon joined by his brother, I. A., who also graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Together, the brothers ran a general practice, handling cases in a variety of areas such as divorce, probate, personal injury, and workers' compensation. The firm continued to prosper, and I. A. kept Casper & Casper running while Jack served in World War II in the Air Corps.
