Bill Haithcock brings over 30 years of experience in the concrete-cutting and demolition field to your project. Since joining Casper Company in 1987, Bill has honed his innovative and award-winning concrete cutting techniques, which have been transferred into stringent job quality and performance standards that are now part of the Casper Company culture. Bill has contributed his diverse skills and knowledge of the industry to managing construction projects and providing corporate leadership to Casper Company for more than two decades.

Casper Company originally specialized in concrete cutting and soon expanded the business to include interior and exterior demolition. As our demolition clients began facing the challenges of handling and safely disposing of hazardous materials, Casper Company developed a highly-skilled team backed by the best equipment to address our clients’ concerns. This full-service approach offers Casper Company clients a more cost-effective alternative to placing additional specialty subcontractors on the job.

For Greg Casper, his 20 years of experience in the concrete-cutting and demolition field has been a real family affair. Coming up through the ranks as a saw cutter, operator, dispatcher, estimator, and field supervisor has provided him with first-hand knowledge of what makes the Casper Company tick. As a certified asbestos building inspector, Greg is able to perform hazardous-material surveys and collection of bulk sample analysis essential to thorough hazardous-materials mitigation.

In the perfect world of demolition, crews would come in and quickly dismantle an entire structure and leave no visible trace of its prior existence. In reality, a large portion of Casper Company’s work involves soft demolition—or selectively removing interior finishes from a building—which requires both precision and careful planning. Steve Casper has perfected his ability to estimate and develop approaches to these types of projects through his many years of specialized experience in all aspects of concrete cutting, wall sawing, field management and estimating.
