And it's helped develop a loyal following with restaurants in small towns and mid-sized communities throughout the Southeast.

About Cafe Enterprises Inc. Cafe Enterprises Inc. was founded in 1988 and is based in Taylors, S.C. The company operates 48 FATZ restaurants across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. The first FATZ opened in November 1988 in a converted peach shed in Spartanburg, S.C. FATZ is recognized for its fresh, homemade foods, genuine Southern hospitality and spirited connection to the communities where it does business.

At FATZ we clearly understand that any success we may achieve is driven by the level of service we provide to the folks we work with and the guests who choose our restaurants. That's what we're all about: taking care of people. Our great food and warm, friendly atmosphere may bring people in, but it's the way we take care of them that keeps bringing them back.
