Gail joined the Cass County Economic Development Corporation in 2004. She has a BS degree in Business Administration, is a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional and has twelve years of experience in economic development.

The Cass County Economic Development Corporation (Cass County EDC) is a membership based, non-profit corporation. Our business members know the value of professional business consulting. They have joined forces with local government to provide free and confidential assistance and improve the business environment of Cass County.
