Casten and Pearce, APLC was formed on June 30, 1994 by Marshall R. Pearce and Theodore J. Casten. Both principals were partners together in another insurance defense firm in Shreveport, Louisiana for nine years. Specializing in casualty litigation of all types, the firm emphasizes personal lines and commercial litigation with a specialization in extra-contractual matters. The firm also has extensive experience in public finance and municipal bonds.
