Milestone's mission is to serve our customers by providing a high-quality home, doing the right thing every time, and offering innovative design and architecture at a reasonable price. Co-founded in 2000 by Mort Topfer, Alan Topfer and Richard Topfer, Castletop Capital has committed capital resources of $100 million, with a primary focus on real estate investments. In addition, we invest in positive cash flow businesses. Collectively, our managing directors possess more than 100 years of operational business experience which we believe adds significant value to our investments.

Alan is a Co-Founder and has been a Managing Director of Castletop Capital since the company was founded in 2000. Alan’s responsibilities include managing a share of the firm's portfolio of investments and all of the company's business operations. Alan is a Managing Member of Milestone Community Builders and serves on the board of directors of SecureLogix, Inc. and HomeCity.

Mort is a Co-Founder and has been a Managing Director of Castletop Capital since the company was founded in 2000. Before Castletop, Mort worked at Dell Inc. where he served as Vice Chairman from 1994 to 2002. During Mort’s tenure at Dell the market capitalization of the company went from $800 Million to $110 Billion. Prior to his tenure at Dell, Mort spent 23 years with Motorola, where he held multiple senior executive positions spanning the full range of Motorola's global business.
