Lauri Vinick was the Director of Employment and Training and Development for Genzyme Corporation, a leading diversified health care products company. In that capacity, she was responsible for developing Genzyme’s first Best Management Practices program. Ms. Vinick was also the Vice President of Robert Kleven and Company, an industrial relations management consulting firm specializing in the placement of high tech professionals. Prior to Kleven she was the Training Manager for Nashua Corporation. Ms. Vinick holds a Bachelor's degree in Education.
