Catherine moved to Miami Beach in 1989 just in time to watch Miami transcend into one of the most dynamic cities in the country. A former international model and 10 year Miami business owner, she began a career in real estate in 2000 with Stacy Robbins Companies. She was affiliated with Fortune South Beach Realty, a division of Fortune International Realty, from 2002 to 2006. She has exclusively sold luxury homes, Pre-Construction Development projects, and commercial Real Estate becoming a leading specialist in investment and luxury residential Real Estate. Catherine has been matching buyers to unique Pre-Construction Properties, Land, Commercial Real Estate, and Luxury Residential Homes and Condominiums from all over the world from Miami to Palm Beach. In December 2006, Catherine successfully launched her own Brokerage Company, CNR PROPERTIES. Her premier office is located in Miami Beach Florida off Lincoln Road. CNR PROPERTIES is the exclusive agent for a number of new development projects as well as numerous luxury residential properties along the South Florida coast.
