Cavanaugh began global initiative in 1999 with a pilot study of leak detection and leak abatement equipment technologies. The overall objectives of the project were to develop, implement, and evaluate a pilot leak detection and abatement program in a selected area of Iasi county, expand the pilot project to the entire RAJAC Iasi network. Now, in 2014, Cavanaugh is returning to the Romanian-Moldovan region, implementing the Cross Border Cooperation (CBC) project.

Incorporated in 1995, Cavanaugh is a consulting firm that develops innovative solutions and programs that optimize water efficiency and waste-to-energy . We maintain our headquarters in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and satellite offices throughout the state, each offering our full range of services.

At Cavanaugh, we help the planet get answers to these questions. Many of our clients have been worried that they are too small to cost-effectively implement a bioenergy system. Or, they are afraid of new technology. They are intimidated by “big utilities” and “big business,” or worried that it is just not worth the trouble.
