"We had been looking for space for over 2 years when we asked CAVE ASSOCIATES to help us secure a site. We had found it frustrating to grow our business and do all of the due diligence involved in negotiating a lease on just the right space. Working through Barb Ankrum was a completely enjoyable experience. She was efficient in her efforts and always clear with her communication. Within 6 months we had the perfect location for our expanding business.

Julina joined us in March of 2007, and provides administrative services in the office. Julina is involved in compiling reports, maintaining information for the office and tenants, managing the web site, financial reconciliations, and applying her skills at other highly detailed projects. She can also be found on the phone, providing reliable and responsive service. Julina enjoys her horses, fishing, swimming, skiing, crafts and spending time with her family and friends.

Ray recently moved to Minnesota from California. Even though he is our newest "guy", he brings over 20 years of experience in the construction field. He is married and has a son, a daughter, and a grandson. He and his wife have also been foster parents for many years. He is a top 5 regional bowler and enjoys model trains. He has a great "can do" attitude and we are happy to have him join us.
