Our BOCHES is designed to provide industry training at the high school and adult levels, adult basic education, college-level classes in Rawlins and the Little Snake River Valley (Baggs) and to fill any other educational niche that we can fill more effectively than either WWCC or CCSD #1 alone. While we are our own legal entity, we work closely with both CCSD #1 and WWCC to ensure that our educational programs provide a seamless transition from high school to college and allow for people who have been out of school for a while to smoothly transition back into educational or training programs.
BIO Judy Dixon teaches the Nursing Assistant Class. Judy is a graduate of Rawlins High School and the University of Wyoming. She has experience in Long Term Care, Acute Hospital Care and School Nursing in Nebraska, Colorado and Wyoming. Judy was employed at Memorial Hospital Carbon County for 30 years at every clinical and supervisory level, ending her career there in 2008 as the Nursing Education Coordinator. She began teaching at CCHEC in September 2008 in the CNA program.
