Mr. Wells has been a project manager for and successfully designed solid waste facilities for over 10 years in the State of Alabama. He has a working knowledge of the Alabama Department of Environmental Management's regulations and operational requirements as well as EPA guidance for the design, permitting and operation of solid waste facilities. As project manager, Mr. Wells has directed projects though initial site assessment, conceptual design, final design, regulatory reviews and construction completion. Mr.

The founders of our company envisioned that the company would perpetuate itself by providing quality engineering services, building life-long relationships with those we serve and transitioning the culture and ownership to the next generation of engineers and professionals. Today, the company is owned by twelve (12) engineers, geologists, environmental scientists and marketers who work within multiple offices. Many of the Key People you see here are the owners of the company.

Mr. Chitwood has over 26 years of experience in the design and project management of water and wastewater projects in Alabama. He has experience with many funding sources and regulatory agencies such as ADEM, EPA, Florida DEP, USDA, and CDBG. In addition to serving as Senior Project manager, Mr. Chitwood consults with many of the Project Managers and Project Engineers within CDG on technical issues. Mr. Chitwood has the ability to deliver a project from the planning stage all the way through final construction and project start-up.

Shepard has 19 years experience in underground storage tank design and testing, soils and groundwater investigations, and contaminant remediation. He serves as project engineer experienced in environmental engineering design and project management on environmental investigations and cleanup. He is experienced in the design and management of underground storage tank removal, underground storage tank installation, upgrade of existing UST systems, Environmental Site Assessments, Spill Prevention Plans, Emergency Spill Cleanup, Free Product Removal, and cleanup of released petroleum products.
