Description

Once an order has been sent to our office (fax or email or web), CDS will assign a Notary Public from our nationwide notary database. Once the Notary has been assigned, they will contact your client to arrange an appointment to sign their loan documents at their office or in the comfort of their own home, day or evening. CDS will call you to confirm that an appointment has been set. A Notary Public, experienced with loan signings, will meet your client to go over the documents and have the documents executed. Executed documents are then promptly returned to your specified destination.

CDS Signing Services provides services on the Internet and, as such, is subject to the operation of the Internet and telecommunications infrastructures as well as the operation of Customer's Internet connection Services, all of which are beyond the control of CDS Signing Services. CDS Signing Services shall make reasonable effort to provide back-up Services such as fax and phone Services in the event that the Internet-dependent Services suffer outages beyond CDS Signing Services control.
