Nora's design sensibility aims to bring simple solutions to complex problems and she is committed to the firm's unwavering attention to detail.

Eric Leighton, a Partner at Cecil Baker + Partners, joined the firm in 2000. With over 15 years of experience and leadership roles on various projects in both the public and private sectors, Eric's primary focus at Cecil Baker + Partners has been housing in the urban environment, ranging from publicly subsidized rental units to high-end mixed-use and multi-family developments.

She has extensive experience working on affordable housing projects for an elderly and disabled user groups, as well as for families and children, and has a special affinity for projects that serve our most vulnerable populations. Nancy has presented workshops on accessible housing and design, detailing ways in which housing for the disabled can be thoughtfully reconsidered to obtain maximum usefulness for its residents. She brings to each project and each client the desire to provide the highest level of service, and the greatest attention to detail, and is proudest when a new client becomes a repeat client.
