The primary objective of the Construction Division is to provide Construction Management Services to the Commercial and Residential sides of our business. The construction activities include new construction and renovations, ranging from $20,000 to $40,000,000. Our services include selection of design professionals, value engineering, development of bid documents, contractor pre-qualification, contract negotiations and administration.
