Description
Incorporated in 1996, CedarTech provides software and systems solutions for the analysis and recognition of scanned document images. The state-of-the-art technology in handwriting analysis and recognition deployed by CedarTech was developed in-house at CedarTech as well as licensed from CEDAR, a university research organization at the University at Buffalo.
CedarTech also has experience in maintaining software systems, e.g., a system developed for IRS was maintained for a seven-year life cycle of the product. CedarTech has also developed and delivered systems for electronic bill payment and presentment, and address block location for sorting mail pieces for flats and magazines.
