Description
Cedine Ministries is an independent nondenominational, Bible-believing, faith mission. Its ministry began in 1946 as a school visitation summer camp program for Black children in Tennessee. The program was then extended into the public schools based on a Bible memorization program. Cedine's staff of some forty trained missionaries, serve the African Americans, with an extended outreach through its retreat and conference programs. With the passing of segregation in the public school system in 1966, the ministry of the Mission has broadened to reach the entire African American community.
