Located in Lubbock, Texas since 1997, Celeritous Technical Services, Corp. was originally founded to create ASIC based replacements for discontinued and obsolete ICs. The company was started by Allen and Mary Litton, Lubbock natives who returned to Lubbock in 1997. Allen has over 25 years of experience in research and development, having worked for institutions such as Los Alamos National Laboratory and the Northrop-Grumman Research and Technology Center. He holds a BSEE from Texas Tech University and MSEE in Quantum Electronics from the University of Southern California. Mary has over 25 years of experience as an educator and 17 in accounting, having been the CFO of several firms. She holds a BSEd from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Busines Administration from the University of Phoenix. While we still do IC, ASIC and programmable device designs, our primary business today is custom electronic product design. Celeritous services a wide range of customers including agricultural, biomedical, industrial controls and aerospace. We can provide services ranging from IC level component design through complete, packaged products. We take designs up to the prototype stage, provide limited pre-production manufacturing and assist in placing them into full-scale production.
