Mr. Robert Chapman is the Chief Executive Officer of CenterPoint Properties Trust. CenterPoint is a Chicago-based company focused on investment in industrial property and related rail, road and port infrastructure. CenterPoint, initially publicly traded in 1993 (NYSE: CNT), was privatized in 2006 by CalEast Global Logistics, LLC, a joint venture between the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) and GI Partners. Prior to joining the Company in 2013, Mr.

CenterPoint began its real estate operations in 1984 as Capital and Regional Properties Corporation, the U.S. investment vehicle for Capital and Regional plc, a property company traded on the London Stock Exchange since 1986. CenterPoint completed its U.S. initial public offering in December 1993 after consolidating its operations with, and acquiring the properties controlled by, FCLS Investors Group, a Chicago-based industrial development company with 30 years of local experience.

With a portfolio of more than 200 buildings, we provide a wide range of industrial space solutions from Class A modern facilities, to Class B buildings that offer functional space for less.

CenterPoint continues to take an industry leadership position in brownfield redevelopment. We see brownfield sites as unique opportunities to provide real estate solutions for customers while creating new jobs and community infrastructure. Our remediation efforts have earned us two USEPA Phoenix Awards.
