Vice President/COO Sara Benedetto holds a bachelor of science degree in nursing and is an RN. She has been with the Center for Family Health since 1992 and has experience in clinical and leadership roles. As the COO, Ms. Benedetto oversees operations of patient service departments and human resources.

Quality Improvement Director Kim Hinkle is a Registered Nurse with a bachelors of science in nursing. She originally started with Center for Family Health/Center for Healthy Beginnings in 1991 and has held several positions. She has experience in both leadership and clinical nursing. As the Center's Quality Improvement Director, Ms.

Founded in Jackson in 1991, the Center for Family Health serves about 28,000 patients a year, has more than 215 employees, and an annual budget of $20 million.
