James graduated from the College of St. Scholastica in 1988 with a degree in Physical Therapy and emphasis on orthopedic (muscle and joint) physical therapy. Having worked at St. Luke’s specializing in Orthopedic Acute Care and Orthopedic Outpatient Physical therapy Care, James started looking for ways to provide a higher level of personal care that really focused on developing a personal understanding of the patient’s needs in order to serve them better.

Whether you’re recovering from a surgical procedure, work injury, motor vehicle accident or recurring knee, shoulder or back pain or other injury, the Center for MUSCLE & JOINT Therapy brings the latest in therapeutic techniques to provide the best possible outcomes. For more than 20 years, CMJT has provided outstanding outpatient physical therapy services to the Superior/Duluth and surrounding communities. CMJT makes it easy to get the care you need by participating in many insurance networks. We’re a provider for most insurance companies.
