Scott founded Centerfield in 1998 with Tom Hiatt. He has more than 30 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, international banking and corporate banking. Scott has significant experience working with middle market businesses, structuring and leading debt and equity investments, raising debt and equity for corporate acquisitions and growth, and acting as an intermediary in mergers and acquisition transactions.

The Centerfield team has a long history of working with middle market companies. Cumulatively, the partners have more than 100 years of experience working with growing companies, and many years of experience working together at Centerfield. During this time, our investment results have demonstrated that we have an ability to navigate successfully through changing business and economic conditions. Our diverse backgrounds provide us with the experience and willingness to structure an investment creatively to fit each opportunity’s distinct circumstances.

| Tulsa, Oklahoma Young Oil Tools designs and manufactures check valves and repair sleeves primarily for the oil and gas industry. Thorco Holdings is a value-added distributor of pressure control devices, liquid level gauges, analyzers and control valves. Combined, the companies are a leading provider of industrial valves and related products and services.

| Fort Wayne, Indiana Roehm Marine (d/b/a Signature Seating) manufactures boat furniture and accessories which are sold to boat manufacturers and aftermarket suppliers. Roehm’s products include a full line of marine furniture, made with both wood and molded plastic components.

Matt joined Centerfield in 2001, and has more than fifteen years of experience in private equity. Prior to Centerfield, Matt spent six years as Vice President and General Counsel of Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, Inc., a New York-based private equity firm specializing in management buyouts of manufacturing companies throughout the United States. Matt’s responsibilities included advising HKW and its portfolio companies in connection with acquisitions, capital formation and other significant corporate legal matters.
