I believe we can afford to sacrifice anything but our spirit. With our spirit we may form a loving, creative, inspiring, indomitable partnership. When we understand and practice this partnership, we achieve "right relations" in our world, and we exercise our divine right to create the life we choose. More and more, this is the underlying theme of my many ongoing small groups, weekend retreats and shorter workshops. So, when asked, "What exactly is 'centering'?", the short answer is, "A little focused 'being'." To explain more completely, a little focused being profoundly charges our bodies and deeply releases our minds to access insight and creative direction at core levels, at the very 'center' of who we are. Equipped with this information, we are free to choose and create, and the doing comes easily. We arrive at our outcomes intuitively, and every outcome may be judged a success.
