Casey is one of the Principals and founders of Centerline. Casey graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He has been active in the Commercial Design & Construction Industry for over 20 years.

Scott is one of the Principals of Centerline. Scott graduated from Bradley University Magna Cum Laude with Degrees in Marketing and Management. He has been active in the Commercial Design Industry for over 22 years.

Rip is our Director of Field Personnel, and coordinates all of our Field Superintendents and Assistants, as well as on-site construction activities. Rip has over 35 years of experience in the Construction field.

Centerline Construction Services blends a unique mixture of Architecture and Construction to the services we can provide. From the design perspective, decisions can be made using with 'real time cost budgeting' since our construction side is constantly bidding and building projects. This provides a great resource to providing value and efficient design. Centerline challenges itself daily to provide solutions to balance costs to aesthetics whether it is for a shell building or interior build-out.
