Oscar F. Molin, Jr. moved to the area to attend ClemsonUniversity in 1967. Shortly after graduating in 1971, he founded Central Contracting Corporation and made the upstate his home. Since that time, Central Custom Construction/Central Contracting Corporation has become one of the most recognized and trusted custom home building names in the area. The company’s custom luxury homes are scattered throughout Pickens and Oconee counties with a primary emphasis on Lakes Keowee and Jocassee.
