All products offered on the Alarm Center Online Store are sold “AS IS” by Alarm Center, and any warranty or service is provided solely by the manufacturers of such products. If you have any questions about manufacturers’ warranties that accompany such products, please see the product description page or visit the applicable manufacturer’s website.

For eligible hardware products, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions via email usually within 2 business days after placing your request for return and refund on your My Account page. You are responsible for properly packaging, labeling and shipping your product to Alarm Center at your cost and risk of loss. Alarm Center must receive your returned product at the address indicated in the return instructions within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA number.
