Central Distributors, Inc. ( CDI ) is a 2nd generation, family-owned establishment with more than 50 years of experience at our Des Moines location. With 45,000 square feet under the roof, CDI is a Full Line Floor Covering Distributor servicing both Iowa and Nebraska since 1956. We represent many of the flooring industry's leading Manufacturers and Suppliers and distribute a wide variety of their products to our retail partners. Ragno is part of the Marazzi Group, the world's largest ceramic tile manufacturer with subsidiaries and production plants in Italy, Spain, France, Russia and the USA. Their Florence, Alabama plant is one of the most technologically advanced porcelain tile production plants in the United States with state-of-the-art machines from Italy. This means that the tiles made in the USA match the highest quality products made in Italy. The Florence, Alabama location is headquarters for Ragno USA, the American sister company of Ceramiche Ragno SPA.

Granite Solutions™ from Benissimo™ is a quality granite system that was designed to provide innovative surface solutions to the building industry. This system provides the slab granite look and feel for the portion of the market unable to afford slab granite. The installed price runs about 50% to 60% below the cost of full slab. In addition, Granite Solutions™ allows for versatile uses such as: standard countertops, island counters, raised counters, fireplace openings, hearths and mantels, custom tubs, shower surrounds, and stairs.

Stylesetter® Residential Carpet : CDI stocks a wide variety of residential carpet styles from a number of manufacturers. We buy from Shaw, Mohawk, Beaulieu and other carpet mills so we can find something to match any style on the market. We keep up-to-date on the current colors and trends your customer is asking for.
