Here it must be stressed that Cerious Technologies is not a “hobby” company, but is destined to become a serious long term player in the industry. The experience of Unity Audio, which won a product of the year award from The Absolute Sound magazine, was distributed in 16 countries and had 100 dealers worldwide, will prove to provide the background needed to move the company forward and keep it sustained for many years to come. We are professionals.
Cerious Technologies is a unique company that makes unique products, none of which can be put together from off-the-shelf parts (how many companies can truthfully say this?). We rely on competent supply partners to enable us to provide our world class products at a feasible price point.
We are officially up and running. We have everything but phones. Due to the set up of our production facilities we will be 'cell' oriented. Our first provider offered great packages, but no cell that actually reached our production facilities! Try number two hits Monday.
Rumor has it that some review is in the works @ 6moons. It may be a case of “Be careful what you ask for, because it may come true”. We are dedicated to accelerating and expanding production to keep up with demand, but can only grow so fast and maintain quality control. We thank all of our customers for the support and patience you have shown.
Look for ads to hit Audiogon soon proclaiming that we are, indeed, a loudspeaker company first. We have been snowed under in support of the cables, but will be able to really cook on the speakers by early July. Keep the faith. If you have experienced the cables just keep in mind that they were developed as a side project because the speakers were so transparent we could not hear past traditional cables. It does take longer to “tweak” a new production facility to construct state of the art composite structure enclosures than audio cables, though.
