No worries, your Buyer may designate a replacement or substitute attendee for the seat purchased by your organization. We specialize in supporting your organization, our client, and understand the need for personnel changes. The seat your organization purchased will be available even if the original attendee is changed. Alternatively your organization may pass the training on to your former employee, delegate, attendee as a severance benefit - it's your call.

Inactive Accounts. CertTest reserves the right to remove to a secondary/backup storage, any data from your account if the account has not been active for more than ninety (90) days, provided that CertTest has utilized reasonable commercial efforts to contact you to provide notice of such data removal. CertTest reserves the right to permanently remove any data from your account if the account has not been active for twelve (12) months, provided that CertTest has utilized reasonable commercial efforts to contact you to provide notice of such data removal.
