John C. Hopewell, III, Attorney is the president of and managing member of the company and an attorney with over 19 years of experience handling transactional real estate related matters. In a general commercial practice for the first 9 years of his professional legal career, he also shared that firm's responsibilities for clients with bankruptcy, real property and other commercial litigation concerns. As a notary public since 1984, and a commercial loan officer for most of his banking career prior to law school, he had already witnessed the closing of a multitude of transactions prior to his entrance into and graduation from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center on the campus of Louisiana State University (B.S. - 1980, J.D. - 1991). In 1999, he began limiting his practice to the real property side of the practice and went to work exclusively for a title company with several offices in the Baton Rouge area. His work there eventually required him to open a branch office in Zachary Louisiana, while supervising one of the other title company offices in the area.

Evelyn Gaudet is the Pre-Closer/Closing Secretary for Certain Title. Evelyn is also a Notary Public; commissioned in 1991. She has over 12 years experience as a closing secretary. In addition, she has worked in the mortgage industry for over 10 years, including processing, litigations, and loan servicing. She is an active member of St. Stephens Catholic Church, and resides in St. Amant with her husband Donald and their daughter Emma.

Angie M. Rabalais is the marketing representative for Certain Title & Escrow, LLC. She has worked in the real estate field for over 10 years having been a closing secretary for 8 years and also worked as a secretary for a foreclosure firm for 2 years. Angie attended Louisiana State University for 2 years and also attended Baton Rouge Community College where she received a general studies certificate. Angie is a member of the Zachary Rotary Club, Zachary Chamber of Commerce, Central Chamber of Commerce and the Central Area Referral Group. She resides in Central with her husband, Eric Rabalais and 2 children, Morgan and Garrett.
