Misleading or overstated moisture reports are a serious problem to homeowners causing unnecessary, expensive repairs and can delay the sale of a home. To provide our customers with the most accurate evaluation possible, CMT only uses state-of-the-art testing equipment including protimeters, wet wall scanners, infrared cameras, borescopes, and structural resistance testers. Applying approved techniques, inspectors use this equipment to assess moisture levels and verify any suspected damage to the home's wood structure.

Preferred applicants should have experience in or knowledge of home construction, building codes or home inspection. The right person must be physically fit, able to work on ladders, have excellent communication and problem solving skills and have their own transportation.
