Flowers Guests Fighting Rules Conflicts of Interest WhistleBlower Policy Flowers In case of hospitalization or death, the Employees' Club will send flowers. Those who qualify are: Hospital: (does not apply to out-patients.) Member, spouse, Children living at home, mother, father, mother-in-law, and father-in-law. Death: CEC member, spouse, children, mother, father, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparents of CEC member & spouse. To order flowers, ask your supervisor or department secretary to call the Activity Center. To insure order, please submit the following information: employees' badge number and name; patients name, home address, phone number, hospital room number, deceased name, mortuary, city, state, date, and time of service. *Beginning April 1, 2009, flower order deliveries will be limited to Wichita and surrounding areas only. Those areas include: Maize, Goddard, Andover, BelAire, Colwich, Valley Center, Kechi, Park City, Derby & Haysville. Guests Single CEC members are allowed one guest for free and one guest for $5.00 each visit. Married CEC members are allowed two guests for $5.00 each, each visit. Children of CEC members under 14 years of age are not allowed to bring in guests. If 14 or older, one guest per visit allowed for $5.00. Guests now allowed in classes: $2.00 per class, or $32.00 per session. Payments per session are non-refundable. Guests must arrive with member and leave with the member. Fighting CEC members caught fighting at the Cessna Activity Center or Employees' Club events will be suspended for one year. CEC guests caught fighting will not be allowed to return. Rules - - - - - - - - - - Conflict of Interest The Cessna Employees Club ("CEC") respects the right of all members to engage in personal activities. However, each member has the responsibility to avoid activities which conflict or appear to conflict with our responsibilities as members, and our job responsibilities at Cessna Aircraft Company (Cessna) or the interests of Textron. Any activity which may involve a conflict of interest or even the appearance of a conflict of interest must first be approved by the Board of Directors of CEC. Please refer to the Textron conflicts of interest policy found in the Textron Business Conduct Guidelines handbook on page 2. WhistleBlower Policy It is the intent of the Cessna Employees Club ("CEC") to adhere to all laws and regulations that apply to the organization, and the underlying purpose of this policy is to support the organizations goal of legal compliance. The support of all members is necessary to achieving compliance with various laws and regulations. A member is protected from regulation only if the member brings the alleged unlawful activity, policy or practice to the attention of an officer or Board member and provides the Board of Directors with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the unlawful activity. CEC will not retaliate against any member who, in good faith, has made a protest or raised a complaint against some practice of CEC, or of another individual or entity with whom CEC has or had a business relationship, on the basis of a reasonable belief that the practice is in violation of law or a clear mandate of public policy. CEC will not retaliate against a member who discloses or threatens to disclose to a Board member or a public body any activity, policy, or practice of CEC that the member reasonably believes is in violation of a law, or a rule, or a regulation mandated pursuant to law or is in violation of a clear mandate or public policy concerning health, safety, welfare, or protection of the environment, provided the member complies with the requirements of the first paragraph on this policy.
