Chadbourn Marcath was founded in 1984 as a telecommunications consulting firm. After working in hundreds of call centers and at the urging of our clients, we launched Call Center Solutions ® , a suite of four ACD enhancement products in 1992. Today, we continue to offer management consulting services to the telecommunications industry and have licensed our software to other manufacturers, central offices and corporate clients.

Custom Applications include the design of reports tailored to your organization's unique way of doing business with customers. For multi-site operations, we have constructed summary screens with key performance metrics updated in real-time as well as periodic storage and retrieval of warehoused data. For service providers, we are a source of middle-ware to provide real-time data feeds for every major switch manufacturer's ACD. Our enabling technology has been used to provide readerboard displays, estimated wait time announcements, and network call routing.
