Our five founding partners are accomplished business trial and arbitration lawyers with more than 85 years of combined experience. Before Chaffetz Lindsey, we practiced together for more than 9 years at Clifford Chance, one of the world’s leading international law firms. Our name partners held significant leadership positions at Clifford Chance. From 2004 to 2008, Peter Chaffetz was global head of litigation and a member of the firm’s management committee. From 2000 through 2009, David Lindsey led the firm’s international arbitration practice in the Americas.

May 2014 - Chaffetz Lindsey has recevied the Client Service Award for International Arbitration at this year's Chambers USA Awards. The award is given to the firm that is consistently singled out by clients during Chambers' research for the quality and range of their client service. In recent years some firms have built in-house capability to meet the demands of e-discovery and computerized litigation support. We have taken a different approach. We work closely with leading specialist companies who focus solely on providing these services. Because we never charge a mark-up when we use outside vendors, we can provide state-of-the art service in these areas at a very competitive cost to clients.

Steven Reisberg has been helping clients for more than 30 years to resolve complicated business disputes. Steven is a highly skilled trial lawyer, representing clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation, arbitrations, and intellectual property disputes, including patent cases. He has represented companies and individuals in cases before U.S. federal district, appellate and bankruptcy courts, state courts, national and international arbitration tribunals, and administrative agencies, including the ITC and the SEC.
