I began my career as a "traditional" consultant, with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). I spent over 8 years with Andersen in the New Orleans, LA and Nashville, TN offices. While there, I worked extensively in change management, automated systems design and implementation, process redesign, leadership development, training and team-building. In 1993, I established my own practice and have been working as an independent personal coach, consultant and seminar leader ever since.
