Partners for Children Partners for Children agencies serve the needs of those who live in our local communities. We are proactive to help prevent situations from occurring, while also being available to intervene in the inevitable that happens in an imperfect society. We positively impact lives each and every day. Collectively, Partners for Children address the physical and emotional safety of children and families. Some of our partner agencies are primarily needed in adverse circumstances. Without their services, and the assistance to “heal”, these children will be victims without hope.

Debbie received her Bachelor of Science in Education with a K-12 teaching certification, and over 28 years of experience in childcare. She is a former director of a licensed childcare center and also served as a principal of an elementary/middle school. Prior to being a director, Debbie was with the CCS program as a trainer and taught at TVCC. She has also been an Extension Agent, taught child development/family living in middle/high school and has been a preschool teacher.

JJ received her Child Development Associates from Tyler Junior College and has over 31 years working in the child care field. She has served as Director, Assistant Director and preschool teacher of all ages during that time. JJ has worked with children in church as Childrens' Coordinator. She has also served as Vacation Bible School Director and as Childrens Discipleship Training teacher. JJ feels wherever there is a child to be taught she wants to be a part of it. Her goal has always been to make a difference in the lives of children.
