Chancellor Health Care was founded in 1992 with the goal of acquiring eldercare communities and home health agencies. The corporation provides a wide array of management services and consulting for these communities and for other owners under management contracts. Our goal is to provide exceptional care for residents and to be recognized as the premier provider in the senior housing and care industry.We develop and manage long term care communities which include high-quality housing, support services, and skilled nursing care.
