Channel Coast Corporation , Inc. (CCC) is a full service general contractor located in beautiful Santa Barbara, California, performing numerous commercial and residential construction projects in the tri-counties area for over twenty years. Our capabilities include general contracting, project management, lead-based paint and asbestos abatement, mold remediation, demolition, historic renovation and refurbishment, painting, waterproofing, and project design.

The staff at CCC has depth and experience in environmental project monitoring, project supervision, and project design. CCC is State-certified to perform inspection, monitoring, and supervision of lead-based paint and asbestos-related projects.

Our business consists of approximately 70% commercial and 30% residential work. Of that work, CCC typically self performs approximately 65% of the work in house, consisting of demolition, hazardous materials abatement, historic restoration, foundation and concrete work, framing, door and window installation, component restoration and millwork from our in house wood shop, drywall installation, and painting.
