Prior to joining Chaparral Land Company, Mr. Dunne spent a decade in the film business, working in the field of cinematography. Drawing from his years of experience in an industry where creativity is the rule, Mr. Dunne brings a propensity for creative thinking to his endeavors in land brokerage. His ability to "think outside the box" during transaction negotiations and deal management has afforded Mr. Dunne the opportunity to see complex land deals through to fruition, even under the most challenging circumstances. Graham G. Weiss is a principal of Chaparral Land Company and has been actively involved in residential land brokerage for his entire professional life. Mr. Weiss was the founder of GW Realty Co. which merged with Chaparral Land Company in 2011 after a successful informal partnership of almost 20 years. Mr. Weiss has been involved in real estate transactions totaling more than $2 billion in all six metropolitan counties throughout Southern California. As a principal broker Mr. Weiss is recognized as one of the foremost land transaction specialists in Southern California.
