- utilizes registered nurses and licensed social workers trained and educated in the care of the HIV client to provide services to persons living with HIV/AIDS. The purpose of the program is to assist the individual and family in locating and accessing needed medical, social and other services, to coordinate services and care and to provide support and education. Assistance is provided on funding availability.

Our services are founded on the belief that Chemical Dependency is a treatable disease that affects individuals, their families and the community. We provide a broad array of services to Charles County residents that request our help. Services are confidential and are based on a sliding scale.
