James Charlesworth , ARM, Consultant, has serviced clients with Charlesworth & Associates, L.C., since 1989, with expertise in commercial mortgage insurance compliance, governmental entity risk management, contract analysis, self-funding workers' compensation, claims and subrogation. James also has special experience in law enforcement and hospital risk management as well as being instrumental in the design and risk management services for over 25 public entities in Kansas and Missouri plus numerous not-for-profit and for-profit organizations.

Upon receipt of the RFP, the insurance representatives are asked to provide us a list of the markets they wish to approach, in their order of preference. We review all of the market requests with our client and assign exclusive use of each market to the appropriate insurance representatives.
