Charter Building Group has established itself as a reputable, stable, productive and creative building company completing over 200 custom homes and a number of commercial projects in the Cape Fear region. Charter Building Group is comprised of experienced professionals including veteran construction managers, an estimator, project managers and warranty personnel. Mr. Richard C. Donaldson, proprietor, is a licensed North Carolina general contractor with extensive experience in residential, commercial building, infrastructure and golf course development. "Our philosophy is to work closely with our clients through the design and building process of their homes and let their ideas emerge," says Mr. Donaldson.
