Terry believes in small-town values, having grown up in a community in Iowa that had a population of 367 people. He is very dedicated to personal service, and tailoring each and every funeral situation to reflect the unique individual life of the deceased and their family. His personal philosophy is that every individual only gets one funeral, so it must be as perfect as humanly possible. To that end he has dedicated his professional career to providing the quality service and attention to detail that client families deserve.

At Charter Funerals, we believe we have a responsibility to care for families and loved ones, by offering support during the funeral proceedings and through the difficult days that may follow. We believe that every life is unique and therefore deserves to be celebrated and honored. We also wish to provide a quality service at low cost, and we find that we compare very favorably against the larger funeral homes in the Kansas City area.

Ann Snyder brings four years of experience in office management in the funeral industry. Prior to joining Charter Funerals, Ann worked for a large funeral home in the Kansas City area. Dale and Ann have one son who is currently following the family tradition by completing his apprenticeship as Funeral Director and Embalmer.
