Services for Commercial and Institutional Buildings – Charter provides complete HVAC and plumbing for a wide variety of commercial and institutional buildings. Our personnel have extensive experience with highrises, hotels, retail, schools, as well as the specialized systems required for hospitals and laboratories. Pre-Construction Services - Our expertise includes design/build and design/assist services that enable us to provide accurate conceptual estimates. We excel in providing timely and accurate feedback to support all members of the project team in making the most cost and energy effective decisions during the design phase. Shop Facilities - Our Tualatin facility includes a 22,000 square foot pipe fabrication shop. This includes a 3,000 square foot class 10/100/1000 cleanroom for fabrication of ultra-high purity gas piping and high-purity water and chemical systems.
