Mr. Barilotti earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and in Human Resource Management from Cabrini College. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Barilotti worked as a Marketing Assistant on the proposal process. Prior to joining Chartwell, he was employed at SEI Investment from 1997 to 1999 as a Mutual Fund Analyst.
