Our goal is to grow our business by providing the highest quality of professional supervised cleaning service to our customers in an economical fashion in the Missouri and Illinois area. To do this we will thoroughly clean all accessible areas of the kitchen exhaust system. We will work with our customers to provide safe and economical inspections and cleanings in accordance with the current NFPA 96 guide lines.

We provide steam cleaning for your line equipment and can remove most grease buildup from stainless steel, galvanized steel and aluminum. To remove grease build up we use very strong proprietary chemicals and super heated water under extreme pressure.

We provide Exhaust Fan & Fan Belt Option. The NFPA Fire Code #96 requiers each exhaust fan to be hinged to allow appropriate cleaning and inspection. Hinging your exhaust fan is not only required by the code, but it is a win-win for the restaurant as it will help increase the life of the fan. The electrical wiring can be torn and exhaust fans can be damanged quickly if not hinged. Contract Hood Cleaning also provides replacement of worn exhaust bell belts and grease box installation.
