Description

This User Agreement (this "Agreement") dated today is made by and between Check Savers, LLC, a Florida corporation whose address is 206 Apollo Beach Blvd Apollo Beach, FL 33572 ("CheckSavers"), and You ("User"). A. Whereas Check Savers is a provider of Internet Payment Services ("Services"); B. Whereas User desires to use the Services for the purpose of making a payment to an Internet merchant; and C. This Agreement contains the complete terms under which Check Savers has agreed to provide Services to the User.

Affiliate Marketing Opt-Out: Federal law gives you the right to limit some but not all marketing from our affiliates. You may limit our partner companies, from marketing their products and services to you based on certain information that we collect and share with them. This includes both "experience" and "nonexperience" information that we have, including your income or financial status, your account history with us and your credit history. If you do not want our partner companies to market to you based on this information you may opt-out of this marketing at any time by calling us at 1-813-384-2300 or write us at Check Savers, Attn: Privacy Officer, 206 Apollo Beach Blvd., Apollo Beach, FL 33572. Your choice to limit marketing offers from our affiliates will apply indefinitely unless you notify us otherwise.
