Greek yogurt is now part of their operation at the state-of-the-art Klondike Cheese Factory just outside of Monroe. Meet 4th generation cheesemaker Adam Buholzer, who worked with a yogurt maker from Greece to develop the product which is sold under the Odyssey label.
