Cheever Construction Company has a history of quality and satisfaction for the clients of the many projects we have built. Originally a masonry contractor from 1954 to 1973, and then a multi-family builder from 1975 to 1982, Cheever Construction Co., Inc. entered the competive bid commercial market in 1985 as CCC Construction Company. Since that time the company has seen continued growth in annual volume and in the types of projects we have constructed. We regularly negotiate projects for multi-family housing, banks, office buildings, tenant finishes and medical use facilities. We competitively bid school projects, churches, auditoriums and government facilities.
